Loom & Weave is a high-energy, facilitated living strategy workshop designed to encourage curiosity, break down silos, and map out how different teams, goals, or projects and initiatives connect across an organisation.
Who it’s for: Executive boards, leadership teams (perfect for new strategic cycle or annual planning), and multi-agency public sector teams.
The Focus: Moving away from rigid approaches to strategy and planning to build a responsive, flexible, and living strategy that adapts to change.
The Deliverable: A clear, coherent articulation of your shared vision, mapped out with tangible next steps that your team understands and believes in.
Seams & Rivets
Re-engage teams and navigate change.
Restructures, mergers, and shifting priorities can leave teams feeling powerless, cynical, or burnt out. This intensive intervention focuses entirely on connection, care and change. I tackle the reality of change head-on, empowering teams to develop shared purpose and connection.
Who it’s for: Teams and organisations actively undergoing major structural transitions, leadership changes, or operational challenges.
The Focus: Restoring individual and collective agency. I help teams carve out the space to think through complexity and actively co-design their role in a changing system or structure.
The Deliverable: A re-energised teams with a unified operational roadmap, transforming resistance and exhaustion into shared purpose.
The Strategy Residency
In addition to these intensives, I also offer longer-term embedded residencies. I walk alongside your team to refine, implement and test the unified roadmap we have built. We will work together to rhythmically flatten the ground, navigate institutional friction, and ensure your new shared purpose survives the daily operational grind.
